Proven Workday experience
– hands-on configuration, support, or analysis (Workday Payroll is a strong plus)
n
Experience in a
Business Systems Analyst
or
Functional Analyst
role
n
Strong experience gathering and writing
business/technical requirements
(especially in
Jira
)
n
Skilled in
testing
system updates or new features
n
Ability to work
cross-functionally
with both business and IT teams
n
Solid communication skills
– can clearly translate between business needs and technical teams
n
Highly
self-motivated
and independent
n
Strong
problem-solving
and analytical thinking

Comfortable working on
complex, enterprise-level projects
