As a Site Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential builds across Sydney, Inner West, North West Sydney, Parramatta
, ensuring every home is delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the exceptional standards we're known for.
You'll be responsible for managing multiple residential construction projects from site commencement through to handover.
You will become the key point of contact for customers during construction, ensuring a seamless building experience while delivering outstanding quality outcomes.
Reporting to the Area Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Manage the day-to-day construction of multiple new home builds
Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and materials to maximise site productivity
Conduct frame stage inspections and prepare frame write-ups
Ensure homes are built to specification, quality standards, and construction timelines
Monitor and enforce site safety and OH&S; compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers
Identify and resolve construction issues proactively
Manage project costs, site performance, and build progress
Conduct quality inspections throughout the construction process
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through regular communication; and
Complete final inspections and proudly hand over keys to customers at completion.

The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Site Manager within the residential volume-building industry
Strong understanding of residential construction methodologies and building regulations
Experience completing frame stage inspections and frame write-ups
Proven ability to coordinate trades, materials, and construction programs
Knowledge of OH&S; requirements and quality assurance processes
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues professionally
Experience using ClickHomes or similar construction management software
Knowledge of residential building contracts and compliance requirements; and
Established relationships within the local building industry.
