We are seeking experienced team members to make a difference in supporting our residents at Moonah Park Aged Care based in Mitchelton.
Ability to work independently with a small team of carers and flexibility to cover additional day or night shifts is highly regarded.
About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents and work alongside our care team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide personal care and emotional support to residents
Assist with daily living: mobility, meals, social outings and clinical care
Review care plans, report and observe changes
Maintain dignity and privacy for all residents
Support Registered Nurses
About You
Passionate about Aged Care and providing secure supportive care to the residents.
Currently holds a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Individual Support/ Aged Care.
Experienced as a Personal Care Worker in Residential Aged Care.
Flexible and able to do shifts including AM, PM, Night & Public holidays
Hold valid Australian Work Rights -Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
