Langham Hospitality Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a Group Reservations Officer to support the Reservations Manager by overseeing group reservations, inquiries, and cancellations, and by maximizing room revenue in line with Langham Brand Standards.
You will coordinate large group contracts, room blocks, rooming lists, and assist the Sales team with on-site meetings as needed.
A background in hospitality, solid communication, and PMS knowledge are essential.
