Kinetic IT in Canberra is seeking an experienced Process Manager or Service Management qualified (ITIL) to strengthen Enterprise Service Management processes for a Federal Government customer.
You will review practices, identify gaps, and support the development and ongoing optimisation of ESM processes across change enablement, incident and knowledge management.
This role is 100% onsite and requires an active NV2 security clearance.
