Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.How You'll ShineWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of our Food & Beverage service while ensuring our owners and guests receive an exceptional experience.Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and wider team, you will supervise Food & Beverage Attendants and Kitchen Hands, coordinate daily service requirements, maintain stock and operational standards, and support the team to deliver efficient, qualified and memorable service.As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:Providing effective, efficient and professional Food & Beverage serviceSupervising and supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of daily operationsCoordinating food and beverage preparation and service requirementsMaintaining stock levels, including ordering, stock rotation and reporting discrepanciesEnsuring required food preparation and service items are available each dayEnsuring equipment is appropriately maintained and stored,



with any faults reportedMaintaining high Food Safety standards, including correct food temperatures, preparation and labelling requirementsRegularly reviewing operating practices to support efficiencyMaintaining a high standard of customer service and responding appropriately to guest needsEscalating operational issues, guest concerns or complaints to management as requiredSupporting clear and effective communication across the Food & Beverage teamWhat You'll BringTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage supervisory positionStrong customer service and communication skillsThe ability to lead and support a busy operational teamKnowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety requirementsSound knowledge of Food Safety practicesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA professional approach and high presentation standardsThe ability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, public holidays and school holidaysA positive,
