Central Highlands Rural Health in Victoria is seeking a part time Lifestyle Coordinator at Trentham Aged Care on a fixed-term basis.
The role involves designing, coordinating and implementing lifestyle activities to engage residents and enhance wellbeing.
You will support and work with a team of lifestyle assistants across a 7-day roster, delivering programs that challenge and enrich physical, social, and emotional health, with additional hours directed to resident support.
