Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys managing multiple vacancies, building robust stakeholder relationships, and delivering quality hiring outcomes?
This is an opportunity to join a well-established professional services organisation supporting the delivery of major infrastructure and development projects across Australia.
Your new role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of positions, ranging from junior technical roles through to senior leadership appointments.
You will be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of vacancies
Writing and posting job advertisements
Shortlisting and screening candidates
Conducting interviews and completing reference checks
Partnering with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and market insights
Managing candidate pipelines across multiple sourcing channels
Providing regular recruitment updates and reporting on hiring progress
Escalating recruitment challenges and developing proactive sourcing strategies
What you'll need to succeed
2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
Previous experience recruiting for professional services, engineering, technical or similar environments
Strong understanding of technical and professional role profiles
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and applicant tracking systems
Confidence managing stakeholder relationships and advising hiring managers
Excellent communication and interviewing skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive, energetic and solutions-focused approach
