About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Radiographer who is ready to take the next step in their career as the CT Lead for Tasmania.
This leadership role will have responsibility for the CT modality across our 5 clinics in Tasmania and will be a mixture of scanning alongside developing CT governance and ensuring training processes are standardised.
This is a full-time role that will be based out of our Hobart clinics.
Part‐time applicants will also be considered.

Responsibilities
The clinical leadership of the CT Radiographer workforce across the state
CT scanning alongside other modalities as required
Lead the design, development and delivery oversight of CT training programs, maintaining a climate of continuous learning and improvement across the network
Contributing to quality and safety initiatives
Contribute to driving operational excellence
Oversee career development and training of qualified Radiographers
Support recruitment and retention
Drive innovative and strategic initiatives
Excellent customer service provisions coupled with good teamwork amongst clinical staff, whilst maintaining a professional and proactive relationship with attending Radiologists, referrers and support staff
Promotion and delivery of a high standard of customer service and patient care, acting in accordance with company policies, procedures and values
Qualifications
Significant CT modality experience across a variety of machines/platforms
Deep knowledge of CT governance, resources and systems
Demonstrate good business and commercial acumen
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Track record in developing and implementing training resources
Effective communication and professionalism
Teamwork and good peer relationships
AHPRA Registration
