We're looking for a
Community Support Worker based in Merriwa
to join our integratedliving team and provide meaningful, person-centred support to clients in their homes and local community.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, making a difference every day and being part of their local community.
What you'll be doing
Every day is different, but you could be:
Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
Assisting with shopping, appointments and household tasks/domestic assistance
Supporting clients to access their local community
Providing companionship and building meaningful connections
Helping clients maintain their independence and wellbeing
Travelling to
Cassilis
when required to support clients

We're looking for someone who is caring, reliable and genuinely passionate about supporting others.




To be considered for this role, you
must
:
Live in Merriwa
Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar
Be available a minimum of
Monday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Be willing and able to travel to
Cassilis when required
Hold a current
Driver's License and have access to a reliable vehicle
Hold a valid First Aid, CPR, Working with Children check, Police Check/NDIS clearance
Have, or be willing to obtain, the required pre-employment checks
