4WD Supacentre is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a large retail team and drive revenue growth across our store.
You will spend about 80% on the sales floor coaching staff, supporting customer conversations and closing sales while leading by example.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will own day-to-day performance and work with regional leadership to achieve store objectives.
A passion for outdoor/adventure products is essential.
