About the Role

Reporting to the Operational Superintendent, this key leadership position is responsible for achieving and exceeding production targets by providing a safe, coordinated, and supportive focus to all teams. The successful applicant will work closely with support teams across multiple crushing and processing plants.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering an attractive 8:6 roster based in the beautiful Greenbushes region, with accommodation options available.

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining a strong safety focus;
- Planning and directing production activities to the processing plant shift supervisors in line with production priorities;
- Liaising with the Maintenance Department in relation to plant shut down and maintenance requirements;
- Planning and coordinating plant shutdowns and start ups;
- Coordinating the equipment isolation required for maintenance and shutdowns;
- Coordinating the crushing activities to ensure required ore feed is maintained to processing plants; and
- Ensuring all operating standards and procedures are adhered to.

About the Candidate:

- Demonstrated commitment to safety in the workplace;
- Experience in a similar role or industry related experience;
- Analytical, decision making and problem solving skills;
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
- Cert IV in Frontline Management is desirable and
- Hold a current Section 26 (S26) qualification under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA)



(or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
