About the position: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Lawyer to become part of our client’s accomplished Dispute Resolution practice. Whether you prefer city life or a regional setting, this role gives you the flexibility to choose your base while gaining exposure to a varied caseload of disputes.

This role will see you managing:

- A mix of general commercial and civil litigation matters
- Contract disputes and shareholder disagreements
- Debt recovery and property-related litigation
- Professional negligence and other complex legal disputes
- Drafting legal documents, court appearances, and negotiation

You'll work alongside approachable senior practitioners and partners who are invested in your development,



providing valuable mentoring and growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- 3 to 6+ years PAE in litigation within a private practice environment
- Solid experience managing a range of disputes
- Strong legal drafting and advocacy skills
- Confident managing files with minimal supervision
- Commercial mindset with a skilled and proactive approach
