This position starts on a casual contract, offering a genuine pathway to upgrade to a part-time or full-time position for the right person looking for long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities & Growth

- Proactive Mindset: Bringing a positive, collaborative energy to the team and helping to maintain our vibrant shop atmosphere. This includes taking ownership of keeping the front-of-house meticulously clean at all times and executing thorough end-of-day closing and cleaning procedures to ensure the shop is flawless for the next morning.

- Customer Excellence: Serving premium artisan gelato from traditional pozzetti using authentic spatulas, while delivering a warm, high-energy customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

- Reliability & Care: Someone who is punctual, detail-oriented,



and genuinely cares about delivering a great experience to our community.

- Hospitality Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced food or beverage workplace (gelateria, cafe, or casual dining) is preferred. Experience in scooping with spatulas highly regarded.

- Roster Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating roster, including crucial evening rushes, weekends, and public holidays.
