Set within the historic Treasury Building at InterContinental Sydney, Treasury Bar & Dining is a luxury all-day venue bringing together contemporary Australian dining, cocktails and premium hospitality in the heart of Circular Quay.

From long lunches and High Tea to cocktails and busy evening service, Treasury Bar & Dining offers a dynamic environment for hospitality professionals who love great food, drinks and genuine guest service.

We’re currently looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our team in three Full-Time roles:

- Treasury Venue Team Leader

- Bartender

- Experienced Waiter

Your day to day

Team Leader
Lead from the floor, support the day-to-day operation and help set the pace for great service. You’ll coordinate the team during service, support and coach colleagues and ensure our guests receive a seamless experience.

Bartender
Bring your bar experience and passion for great drinks to Treasury. You’ll prepare and serve cocktails, wines and beverages while delivering polished, engaging service in a busy premium environment.

Experienced Waiter
Deliver warm, attentive service across Treasury’s bar and dining experience. You’ll confidently manage a section, develop strong menu knowledge and create memorable experiences for our guests.

What we need from you

- Previous experience in a premium restaurant, bar or hotel environment





- Strong food and beverage knowledge relevant to your role

- For Bartenders, confident cocktail and bar experience

- For Team Leaders, previous supervisory or team leadership experience

- A warm, confident and engaging approach to guest service

- Professional presentation and grooming

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy service setting

- Current valid NSW RSA

- Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, including evenings and weekends

- Current Australian working rights with no restrictions

Working Holiday Visa

We welcome WHV to apply, however, we’re looking for candidates who can commit to a minimum of six months with our team.

For WHV applicants you must have a visa that allows you to work until at least 1 April 2027. Candidates who do not have working rights past 1 April 2027 will not be considered for the next onboarding dates.
