Following a major redevelopment, our brand-new seasonal dining restaurant, "River", alongside our bustling, high-end wedding and function centre, is setting a recent benchmark for South Coast dining.
To lead this exciting new chapter, we have recently welcomed a top-class Executive Head Chef straight from Sydney’s elite dining scene. Under their visionary leadership, we are building a powerhouse kitchen team. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef and passionate Chefs de Partie (CDP) who want to learn from the best, work across dynamic multi-venue spaces, and cook with incredible regional produce.
