About the role

Fettlers Hall is a neighbourhood pub and bistro built around positive food, positive drinks and good people. We'll be serving lunch and dinner in a relaxed, busy and welcoming setting, with a menu that celebrates classics, quality produce and properly cooked food. A new neighbourhood pub style bistro is coming to an iconic Elsternwick location, and we're looking for experienced chefs across Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie roles to bring it to life.

Key responsibilities
Cook proteins to a high standard
Work across different sections and pivot quickly when service demands it
Think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
Keep standards high when the kitchen is firing
Work efficiently and consistently during high-volume service
Maintain excellent preparation, organisation and time-management
Jump between sections and adapt when required
Keep a clean, organised and qualified kitchen

About you
Have proven experience in busy restaurants, pubs, bistros or similar venues
Are strong on meat, fish and protein cookery

Care about quality, presentation and consistency
Are team players with a positive, no-drama attitude
