Nature's Flow Plumbing is looking for an experienced qualified plumber to join our growing team. This is an chance for someone who wants to take the lead, work unsupervised and take ownership of their work. Projects include maintenance, schools, residential properties, building projects and general plumbing works.
Key responsibilities
Carry out general plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations
Work across schools, residential properties, building projects and maintenance sites
Diagnose problems and provide practical solutions
Manage jobs from start to finish while working independently
Take a lead role on site and help manage and mentor apprentices
Identify additional plumbing work and opportunities while on the job
Communicate professionally with customers and management
Complete jobs safely, efficiently and to a high standard
About you
Fully qualified and licensed plumber
Experienced in maintenance and general plumbing
Able to work unsupervised and take initiative
Confident taking a lead role and managing apprentices
Reliable, professional and quality-focused
Good communication and customer service skills
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Roofing experience and additional licences such as gas, backflow or TMV are highly regarded
Benefits
$60- $80 per hour or a competitive annual salary package + $2000 sign up bonus
