The Health and Injury Management Advisor coordinates workers compensation, injury management, return to work and occupational health programs for K-Drill FIFO surface and underground drilling crews.
They would work with the Group Safety Manager, Operations Managers and Drilling Supervisors to support injured workers, coordinate suitable duties and keep the workforce healthy and fit for work.
The successful candidate will own the implementation of the K-Drill health surveillance, fitness for work and psychosocial risk programs and maintains confidential health and case records.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum 3 years of experience in WA workers compensation and injury management, preferably in mining, resources, or FIFO settings.
Experience working with insurers, treating practitioners and workplace rehabilitation providers.
Current C Class driver's licence.
Ability to satisfy medical, fitness for work, drug and alcohol testing and client site access requirements.
High standard of confidentiality and sound judgement.
