critical thinking and analytical skills todevelop intelligence products to inform decision making- Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinaryteam environment by managing expectations, building team-oriented relationships with internal and external stakeholdersand navigating interpersonal differences- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of analytical software, databases and information management systems to deliver highqualityintelligence products- Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and to effectively manage workloads and priorities to achieveresults.
