Client Services Officer

Supporting a team of experienced Advisers, you will play an integral role in delivering a seamless client experience and ensuring the advice process runs efficiently from start to finish. This is an excellent prospect for an experienced financial planning professional who enjoys being the go-to person behind the scenes, coordinating advice implementation, managing client reviews and helping Advisers deliver outstanding service.

Working with a well-established client base that includes retirees, professionals, business owners and high-net-worth families, you will be joining a collaborative and supportive team that values quality, professionalism and long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and implementing advice documents and investment instructions
Supporting Advisers with meeting preparation, follow-up and client administration
Managing annual review packs, valuations, performance reports and client documentation
Coordinating contributions, rollovers, fund transfers, applications and redemptions




Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
Liaising with clients, product providers, accountants and other professional stakeholders
Managing Adviser workflows, priorities and diaries to ensure a smooth advice process

To be successful, you will have previous experience within financial planning or wealth management and a robust understanding of advice processes and client service delivery. Experience with Xplan will be highly regarded.

You will also bring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and Advisers.
