Our client is looking for a passionate and industry-experienced Community Pharmacy Trainer & Assessor to join their team and make a real difference in the learning journey of our students. Permanent/casual/contractor roles available!
This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine your industry expertise with your passion for developing people. You’ll conduct workplace observations and assessments throughout Perth, while also delivering engaging and interactive training online.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about quality training, student outcomes and helping learners succeed.
What you’ll be doing
Deliver engaging, practical and high-quality training through online delivery and workplace-based observations and assessments across Perth
Support students to build the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in the pharmacy industry
Build positive relationships with students and employers throughout their learning journey
Provide meaningful feedback and guidance that helps students progress toward successful completion
Contribute to a positive learning setting where students feel supported, motivated and set up for success
About you
You’re more than just a qualified trainer — you’re someone who genuinely enjoys sharing your industry knowledge and seeing others succeed.
You’ll bring:
A genuine passion for training, coaching and developing others
The ability to deliver engaging, high-quality training through online modes of delivery
A solid focus on student progression, completion and successful outcomes
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
The relevant qualifications and experience to deliver Certificate III in Community Pharmacy
Demonstrated industry currency and current knowledge within your field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A current, or willingness to obtain, Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Clearance
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
