Position Background
This position supports our Schedulers to schedule the manufacture and installation of our products. This is an entry level role and an prospect to gain experience in Scheduling. Full on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Duties will include:
Schedule the manufacture & installation of frames in accordance with set capacities
Maintain schedules, and provide updated manufacturing schedules to our factory
Create and approve contractor interims for payment
SMS communication process for installation confirmations.

Required Experience and Aptitude
Experience in customer service and solid communication skills in person, over the phone and via email
Be proactive in work practices, well organised, with an ability to plan, prioritise, pay attention to detail and problem solve.




All-round computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Building industry experience/knowledge desirable but not essential
Have a desire for ongoing development across soft skills and technical knowledge.
