Job Description
Inspired by the streets of Seoul & Tokyo, Mee So transports you to the hustle and bustle of these up-to-date and intriguing cities, all in the heart of Sydney’s Surry Hills.
As our Venue Manager, this hands-on leadership role is all about being at the heart of the action. You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of Mee So alongside the hotel’s breakfast operations, bringing energy, personality and your own style while developing a passionate and high-performing team.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the food and beverage experience across the hotel, with a focus on beverage curation, authentic service, exceptional menu execution and creating memorable moments for every guest – from the morning breakfast rush through to evenings at Mee So.
