Assistant Manager – Hospitality | Gaming Focus

About the Role
Lead shifts across bar, gaming and floor operations
Drive gaming engagement, customer experience and product optimisation
Support team development, culture and accountability
Take ownership of daily operations, compliance and service standards
Assist with stock control, reporting and venue presentation
Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve performance and grow the business

About You




Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality required
Solid understanding of gaming operations and customer engagement
Full availability including nights and weekends (essential)
Current NSW RSA & RCG
A proactive leader with a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude
Looking for long-term growth opportunities and increased responsibility
