We're looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Landscaping Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

Working Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm, you'll lead a crew and coordinate works to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with our Project Managers and management team to plan works, maintain productivity, uphold quality workmanship and create a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day commercial landscaping operations
Lead, mentor and support site crews
Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and site resources
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard




Monitor quality, productivity and workmanship
Complete daily site records, pre-starts and safety documentation
Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients and suppliers
Identify and resolve site issues before they impact project delivery
Maintain a safe, organized and qualified worksite

About You

You'll ideally have:
Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial landscape construction
Previous experience leading site crews
Solid leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans
Sound understanding of WHS requirements
White Card
Current driver's licence
MR licence, excavator tickets or other plant competencies (advantageous)
