Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie to lead and support breakfast service across our outlets, including our à la carte and buffet offerings. As our busiest and most visible service period, breakfast sets the tone for every guest's day, and you'll play a key role in delivering a consistently exceptional experience. You'll work closely with the Sous Chefs, Executive Chef and the broader culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, run and pack down the breakfast buffet and à la carte breakfast service to Sofitel standards
Prepare and cook hot and cold breakfast items to a consistently high standard
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance throughout service
Manage mise en place and stock rotation for your section
Support with ordering, costing awareness, and minimising wastage
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen team members and casual staff during breakfast shifts
Liaise with Front of House to ensure smooth, guest-focused service
Assist with events and in-room dining as required
