An experienced Mobilisation & Training Coordinator role based in Karratha. This is a key role within the team, ensuring personnel are compliant, trained and ready to mobilise to site.
This is a Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm Role.
Key responsibilities
Manage multiple mobilisations, training requirements and deadlines
Ensure personnel are compliant and trained
Coordinate mobilisation and training activities
Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors and clients
Handle Flights and Accomodation bookings
About you
Previous experience in a mobilisation/training coordination role
Experienced and confident using the RTIO Pegasus system
Solid organisational and time-management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
Knowledge of RTIO and FMG mobilisation requirements
