Core Responsibilities
General Cleaning: Routine sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all common areas, reception, and hallways.
Sanitization: Deep cleaning and disinfecting "high-touch" surfaces (door handles, light switches), restrooms, and kitchen facilities.
Waste Management: Emptying trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal, and replacing liners.
Supply Replenishment: Monitoring and restocking essential items like soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
Event Support: Preparing spaces before events and performing specialized cleanup after community functions or meetings.
Security & Safety: Ensuring windows and doors are secured post-shift and reporting any maintenance hazards or broken equipment.

Key Skills & Requirements
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a "polished" appearance in public-facing areas.




WHS Knowledge: Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), including the secure handling and storage of cleaning chemicals (SDS).
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and operating industrial cleaning equipment like floor buffers.
Reliability: Often requires working autonomously during early morning or late evening shifts.
Compliance: Current Police Check

Pay: From $34.00 per hour
