The role

We're looking for motivated Kitchen Assistants to join our central kitchen (which produces ingredients for our restaurants) and to support our kitchen teams.

Skills and experience

You’ll have:
Experience working in industrial and/or restaurant kitchens
Knife skills and experience
A passion for food and kitchen operations
Ability to lead, motivate,



and build an efficient team in a quick-paced environment
Solid leadership ability, approachability, and a reputation as a role model
Characteristics reflective of FISHBOWL’s ethos: self-motivated, positivity, service-oriented, flexible, and ethical with a high degree of integrity.

Your tasks

You will:
Assst with ingredient preparation in the kitchen
Use our state of the art processing machines
Maintain adequate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts
Assistant with upholding critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation
Role model and reinforce THISBOWL's people and culture standards
