The Role

Mclaws Property is seeking a Property Inspector to handle in office inspections across our Sydney portfolio. This is a field-based position focused on documenting property conditions through routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections. You will be responsible for identifying maintenance needs, taking accurate photos, and providing clear written reports to our management team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine, ingoing (Entry), and outgoing (Exit) inspections throughout Sydney.
Use inspection app to capture high-quality images and detailed condition notes.
Pick up and drop off company car and manage your daily travel schedule efficiently.
Finalise and upload all notes, reports and data daily.
Promptly report any urgent maintenance or compliance issues to the office.

What You’ll Need
A valid Driver’s Licence & solid driving/ parking skills are essential.
Competent with smartphone operation and mobile Apps.
Ability to accurately identify and record property maintenance issues in writing.




Solid communication skills and a professional appearance for tenant interactions.
Prior real estate experience or Registration is preferred but not required.
National Police Check & Pre-employment Medical Assessment are required.

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
