About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Café Team Leader to join our busy and growing business full time.
This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside the team every day, completing normal café duties while also providing leadership, support and direction.
You will lead by example, help maintain high standards and step up when the team needs leadership.
As our business continues to grow, there is genuine chance for the right person to grow with us and take on greater responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside the team across all day-to-day café duties
Lead and support the team during busy service
Maintain high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
Train and support team members
Assist with opening, closing, stock and general café requirements
Help manage the flow of service and resolve day-to-day issues
Ensure procedures and standards are followed




Communicate with the Director regarding team and café requirements

About You
You will have solid café experience and previous leadership experience.
We are looking for someone who is:
Hands-on and happy working alongside the team
Confident leading and supporting others
Reliable, proactive and organised
Comfortable taking initiative and responsibility
A strong communicator and team player
Calm and capable in a busy environment
Committed to maintaining high standards
Interested in building a long-term career with a growing café business

A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is preferred.
