Wing Hong Foods is an established food manufacturing business based in Botany currently seeking a Process Worker / Machine Operator for full time work.

Skills or Experience Required:
Must have at least 24 months experience in a food manufacturing and process workplace
Experience using a variety of knives, hand tools, and powered equipment
Experience assembling, operating and cleaning machinery such as mincers, dicers, mixers, slicers, sausage fillers, and thermoforming machines
AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

Job Requirements:
Working with Pork & Duck Meat
Visual Quality Check of products, packing into cartons and stacking onto pallets
Assemble and operate machinery




Cleaning duties as required - maintaining cleanliness of machinery and work area
Manual handling up to 25kgs
Working in a cold room environment
Punctual, reliable, hardworking, and motivated
Ability to work within a team, and unsupervised
Commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS), Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and Product Quality Assurance
Work hours from 7am to 4pm, and able to work overtime when required

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
