GLC Civil Projects Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Sydney.

This is an excellent prospect for a recent graduate or early-career Civil Engineer looking to gain hands-on experience across civil construction projects while working closely with our project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning and delivery of civil construction works
Support Project Engineers, Project Managers and site teams
Assist with site inspections, measurements and progress tracking
Review drawings, specifications and project documentation
Assist with quantities, procurement and subcontractor coordination
Maintain project records, reports and site documentation
Assist with quality, safety and environmental requirements
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
Attend site meetings and assist with day-to-day project coordination

About You:




Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or currently completing your final year
Graduate or approximately 1–2 years of industry experience welcomed
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience is advantageous
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Willingness to work both on site and in the office
Current Australian driver’s licence
White Card
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 50.0 per week
