At Woodards Pascoe Vale, we’re not your typical real estate office — and we’re proud of it.

We’re a close-knit team who genuinely enjoy working together. You won’t find people hiding behind screens or working in isolation — we’re all in the office, by choice. Why? Because it’s more fun, more collaborative, and let’s be honest… there’s usually a practical joke or two thrown in between getting the job done.

We work hard, support each other, and celebrate the wins — no matter how small.
