About us
MFLC Logistics is a growing refrigerated freight company running chilled and frozen deliveries across Melbourne and interstate. We move frozen, fresh produce and food service stock, so speed and care matter on every run.

The role
You'll ride with our drivers as the second set of hands, loading and unloading stock at depots, cold stores and customer sites. No two days are the same, and you'll be out on the road rather than stuck in a warehouse.

What you'll do
Load and unload cartons, bags and pallets using pallet jacks, trolleys and tailgates
Restock customer coolrooms and freezers
Check stock against paperwork and help with proof of delivery
Keep fridge doors shut and work quick to protect product temperature
Spot for the driver when reversing and keep the truck tidy

What you'll need
Valuable fitness for lifting and carrying across a full shift




Comfortable working in freezer conditions (down to around -20°C)
Reliable and punctual, with early starts from 5:00am and weekend availability
Transparent communication in English
Right to work in Australia
