About Future Football
Future Football is a leading youth soccer development program catering to players aged 4–16 of all abilities. We work closely with schools and community clubs to support their player development pathways, alongside delivering our own private academy programs.

Our programs operate year-round during school terms, with additional holiday camps conducted during school holidays.

The Coaching Role
We are seeking passionate, reliable soccer coaches who are committed to developing young players in the right way. Coaches will deliver high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions that focus on individual and technical development within a fun, supportive, and skilled setting. At Future Football, coaching goes beyond football skills we value coaches who help players build confidence, resilience, teamwork, and positive life skills alongside their on-field development.

Coaching hours are available across weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as weekend mornings.



During school holiday periods, sessions are generally scheduled on weekday mornings through to afternoons.

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Minimum Level 1 coaching licence (or higher)
Current Working with Children Check
Minimum 2+years of soccer coaching experience
Must be authorised to work in Australia
Own transport

Casual / Contract

Hours & Pay
Expected hours: 10–15 hours per week
Pay rate: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour (confirmed with experience and qualifications)

Coaches should bring energy, solid communication skills, and a genuine passion for youth development.

Pay: $34.00 – $45.00 per hour

Experience:
Soccer coaching: 2 years (Preferred)
