Personal Trainer | 20+ Sessions | Immediate Start | Bondi Junction

Are you looking for a personal training role with guaranteed work from day one, plus the chance to build your own clients without paying rent or having your income capped?

Imagine working from a premium studio with an existing client base already in place. You'd deliver a guaranteed load of 20+ studio sessions a week for immediate income and stability, then grow your own private clients rent-free on top of that.

We're looking for a trainer who wants this to be their main job, can start immediately, and lives locally in or around Bondi Junction.

Why Join Studio Athletica?

Studio Athletica Sessions Provided
You're assigned 20+ existing client sessions a week on a fixed roster, giving you immediate income, structure and consistency from your first week.

A Rare Prospect
You won't find this at any commercial gym. Most trainers have to choose between the security of a steady wage or the risk of running their own business. Here you get the upside of both.

Your baseline Studio Athletica sessions give you secure, reliable income from day one. On top of that, you can train and build your own private client base in our premium, fully equipped, air-conditioned studio, rent-free. No floor fees, no cut taken. You keep 100% of your rate.

Clients Come to You
No cold selling or chasing leads for your studio sessions. We handle marketing, sales and onboarding.

Prime Location and Facilities
In the heart of the Eastern Suburbs, our contemporary studio attracts high-quality clients and is a outstanding place to train.

What We Need
A commitment to the studio, on agreed days and hours that work for everyone
Immediate start
Only local applicants will be considered.
Cert III and IV in Fitness, current First Aid and CPR, ABN and insurance
