The Stag Public House is one of Adelaide’s most iconic hospitality venues. Sitting in the heart of the East End, our upstairs function spaces host everything from intimate dinners to large-scale parties. We’re looking for an organised, service-driven skilled to lead our functions program and deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do
Plan and execute functions end-to-end: from enquiries and walk-throughs to run sheets, staffing and post-event reporting.
Be the main point of contact for hosts and ensure seamless communication with our FOH and BOH teams.
Lead event service on the floor, ensuring high standards and attention to detail.
Keep our function spaces presentation-ready and oversee opening/closing procedures.
Support our team culture with transparent briefings, role allocation and on-shift leadership.

What We’re Looking For




A hospitality pro with a passion for events and guest experience.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events at once.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
