Digital Design & WordPress Assistant – Casual / Contractor / Intern

Team Look is a Melbourne-based supplier of custom sports uniforms and apparel. We are looking for a casual, contractor or part-time with robust digital design skills to assist with the ongoing development of our products and website.

The role

We are looking for someone who can work confidently with Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer and/or Canva, as well as WordPress, to help us create new sports apparel designs and improve our online presence.

A key part of the role will be working with Kit Builder, our 3D sports uniform design platform, to create and edit digital 3D products for sports including soccer, netball, AFL, rugby, cricket, cycling and other sports.

Key responsibilities
Create and edit sports apparel designs using Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer or similar software
Create and update 3D products and designs within Kit Builder
Develop current uniform and apparel templates for Team Look
Prepare artwork, logos, patterns and colourways for digital and production use
Make updates and improvements to our WordPress website
Assist with website content, images, product pages and layout
Help improve the overall presentation and user experience of the Team Look website

About you





We are looking for someone who:
Has strong skills in Illustrator, Affinity Designer and/or Canva
Has experience with WordPress
Is comfortable learning current software and digital platforms
Has an eye for design, layout, colour and detail
Can work independently and take direction when required
Has an interest in sports, fashion, apparel or digital design (helpful but not essential)

Experience with 3D product design or Kit Builder would be highly regarded, but training can be provided to the right person.

Suitable for an experienced freelance designer, looking for extra work

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 12.0 per week

Experience:
Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Preferred)
WordPress: 3 years (Preferred)
