We are seeking an Endoscopy Technician to join our busy stand-alone private endoscopy day surgery.
Key duties include:
Preparing endoscopy rooms and equipment
Assisting with gastroscopy and colonoscopy lists
Cleaning, disinfecting and reprocessing endoscopes
Operating endoscope reprocessing equipment
Maintaining scope traceability and documentation
Stock control and room turnaround
Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control
About you:
Previous endoscopy technician experience is preferable
Experience with versatile endoscope reprocessing
Reliable, organised and able to work efficiently as part of a small team
Robust commitment to patient safety and infection control
Weekday daytime hours – no nights or weekends.
