We're looking for a rockstar to join our small (but mighty) team as Assistant Manager, starting the last week of October!

ConKaBar is a café by day and a cocktail bar by night. We need someone with real hands-on skills who's ready to step up and grow into a leadership role with us.

What we're looking for:

2+ years experience as a barista, bartender and floor attendant

Confident behind the coffee machine AND the cocktail bar

Robust floor presence and a keen eye for service

Willingness to learn admin, Square POS, and stock ordering for both a bar and a café (we'll train you)

A genuine people person who loves hospitality and wants to build a career in it

Reliable, loyal, and hardworking. We treat our team like family, and we need someone who shows up like one

Available Tuesday–Sunday

We're a small, fun, tight-knit team looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Pay: $59,000.00 per year
