About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to research market opportunities and develop, coordinate and evaluate marketing initiatives for our education and training services. Working with the management and student-facing teams, you will help strengthen GET Education Australia’s brand presence and communicate its course offerings to relevant audiences.

Key responsibilities
Research the education and training market, prospective student audiences and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the organisation’s objectives.
Advise management on brand positioning, target audiences, promotional channels and campaign priorities.
Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials and content for the website, digital channels and other promotional activities.
Manage campaign schedules and budgets, and liaise with external suppliers where required.
Analyse website,



campaign and enquiry data to assess performance and recommend improvements.
Prepare reports on marketing outcomes, market trends and prospects for future campaigns.
Work with internal teams to ensure published course information is accurate and consistent with the organisation’s approved materials.

About you

You will have:
A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, communications or a related field;
At least one year of relevant experience in marketing, including planning and delivering campaigns;
The ability to research audiences and competitors and turn findings into practical marketing recommendations;
Experience with digital marketing channels, campaign reporting and performance analysis;
Solid written communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills; and
The ability to work independently and manage several projects at once.

Experience marketing education or training services will be highly regarded.
