We’re looking for a strong, hands-on hospitality leaders to manage our Cornubia & Pallara cafés.

This role is for someone who has previous café, restaurant or hospitality management experience and genuinely enjoys leading a busy team. You’ll be on the floor, working alongside your team, driving standards and making sure the store runs properly from open to close.

We’re not looking for someone who just wants a management title. We want someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, develops their people and knows how to run a busy café.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the day-to-day operation of the café.
Lead, coach, train and develop the FOH team.
Build a solid team culture and hold people accountable to high standards.
Manage rostering, staffing and day-to-day team performance.
Lead busy services and jump in wherever you’re needed.
Maintain high standards across customer service, coffee, food, presentation and cleanliness.
Work closely with the Head Cook to keep FOH and BOH running as one team.
Manage stock, ordering, wastage, food safety, WHS and compliance.
Handle customer feedback and make sure guests have a great experience.
Monitor store performance and follow up on anything that needs attention.

What We’re Looking For




Previous experience as a Café Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager or Assistant Manager.
Experience leading a busy hospitality team.
Confident managing people, rosters, performance and day-to-day operations.
A hands-on leader who is comfortable working on the floor during busy periods.
Robust communication skills and the confidence to coach people and hold standards.
Barista / coffee experience is a big plus.
Organised, reliable and able to stay calm when things get busy.
Someone who naturally takes initiative and sees what needs to be done.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a excellent customer experience.
