Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy

We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join our team in a wide-ranging role covering both customer-facing community pharmacy and services to residential aged care facilities (RACFs).

This role suits someone who enjoys helping customers, has robust clinical knowledge and communicates confidently with patients, families and healthcare professionals. Previous aged care experience is preferred.

About the role
Provide prescription dispensing, medication counselling and professional advice to customers.
Assist with over-the-counter enquiries, minor ailment management and appropriate referrals.
Support medication management and dispensing services for aged care residents.
Liaise with nursing staff, prescribers and other healthcare professionals.
Assist with dispensary management and day-to-day pharmacy operations.
Work closely with the team and contribute across all areas of the pharmacy.

About you
Hold a recognised pharmacy qualification, such as a Bachelor of Pharmacy.
Have full, unrestricted pharmacist registration with AHPRA.




Have sound therapeutic knowledge and experience in dispensary management.
Deliver friendly, qualified service with a strong focus on patient care.
Communicate clearly and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
Bring a motivated, versatile and proactive approach.
Experience providing pharmaceutical services to aged care facilities is an advantage.
