Machine Operator / Production Assistant (Bag Machine)

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Bag Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for running and monitoring our bag-making machinery. This position involves repetitive, hands-on work in a manufacturing setting, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a consistent, steady routine and enjoys seeing tangible results at the end of every shift.

Responsibilities
Set up & operate bag-making machinery.
Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth, continuous operation.
Conduct regular quality checks to detect and resolve defects.
Pack, stack, and organize finished products for shipping.
Maintain a clean,



organized, and safe workspace.

Requirements
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
Solid self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Reliable transport and a strong track record of punctuality.
Previous machinery or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required (full training provided).
