Apprentice Formwork Carpenter – Tower Group Projects

Tower Group Projects is seeking a reliable and motivated Apprentice Formwork Carpenter to join our team across projects throughout Sydney.

We are looking for an existing 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Carpentry Apprentice who has already commenced their apprenticeship and is looking to continue developing their skills within formwork and concrete construction.

The Role:
Assist with the construction, installation and stripping of formwork
Work on slabs, walls, columns, footings and other concrete structures
Measure, cut and assemble formwork materials
Assist with set-out and preparation for concrete works
Read and work from construction drawings under supervision
Work alongside experienced formwork carpenters and supervisors
Safely operate hand and power tools
Follow all site safety requirements and procedures

What We’re Looking For:
Must be currently completing a Carpentry apprenticeship
1st, 2nd,



3rd or 4th Year Apprentices welcome to apply
Previous formwork experience is highly regarded
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Strong willingness to learn and develop
White Card required
Driver’s licence and own transport preferred
Ability to work well as part of a site team

What We Offer:

Full time ongoing work with hands-on experience in formwork construction, working alongside experienced tradespeople with prospects to develop and progress within Tower Group Projects.

Full time | Sydney, NSW
Apprentice rates based on apprenticeship year and experience.
