Qualifications
Software Engineering or Computer Science tertiary qualifications.
10+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis Experience.
Prior experience as a Salesforce BA
Relevant Salesforce certifications: App Builder, Administrator nice to have

Skills/Capabilities
Proven experience as a Salesforce BA in a BAU / operational setting
Strong experience across Sales & Service Cloud, FSC, Experience Cloud, Omnistudio, integrating Salesforce to other systems via Mulesoft and/or
custom APIs, Conga.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests (incidents, defects, enhancements)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent communication skills across business and technical audiences
Experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence

Pay: $633.35 – $800.00 per day

Work Location: In person
