Position Overview

Crystal Explicit Services Aus provides professional domestic cleaning and support services to clients in their homes and within the community. The Domestic & Support Worker’s primary responsibility is to provide high-quality cleaning and housekeeping services while maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable home workplace for clients.

The role is predominantly focused on domestic cleaning, however, workers may also be required to provide additional household or support assistance depending on the individual client’s needs and the services requested.

Key Responsibilities

Domestic Cleaning & Household Assistance

•⁠ ⁠General cleaning and housekeeping within the client’s home.

•⁠ ⁠Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and other areas of the home.





•⁠ ⁠Washing dishes and assisting with laundry where required.

•⁠ ⁠Changing linen and maintaining a clean, secure and tidy home setting.

•⁠ ⁠Meal preparation and basic cooking where required.

•⁠ ⁠Shopping for groceries and household items where required.

•⁠ ⁠Providing other reasonable household or support assistance according to the client’s individual needs and service requirements.

Please note: Cleaning and maintaining the client’s home is the primary focus of this position. Additional support duties may be included as required and will depend on the individual client and their agreed services.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
