About your role: Provide leadership in problem solving and setting standards for a defined practice area. Lead the implementation of programs through effective use of teams, establishing explicit plans, timelines and specific activities. * Effectively manage self, and in collaboration with Nurse Educators and other Nurse Unit Managers / Clinical Nurse Consultants, develop staff to enable fulfilment of role responsibilities.
